- Drive strategic initiatives focusing on business transformation, digital adoption, and operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, technology advancements, and customer segmentation to derive actionable insights.
- Develop business cases, go-to-market strategies, and financial models for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project roadmaps.
- Leverage advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver consulting engagements using structured frameworks like design thinking and agile methodologies.
- Support business development activities through proposal writing, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA from a premier institute.

- Minimum 10 or 15 years of experience in business strategy in BFSI firms/consulting organizations for VP or SVP role respectively.

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a senior business role within relevant BFSI segments.
