Walmart is seeking a Production Processing Operator for our Dairy plant in Valdosta, GA. This night‑shift position requires monitoring dairy plant production processes such as milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, batching, and more, following Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

$21.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Monitor dairy plant production processes, ensuring accurate paperwork and chart verification.
• Verify temperatures, moisture, pH, and other critical control points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operational difficulties.
• Communicate production issues or safety concerns to management.
• Follow safety practices, including confined space safety guidelines and proper PPE usage.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, CIP, and hand cleaning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing process data.
• Operate and clean equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards, utilizing the Open Door Policy.

• 1 year of experience in a distribution, production, or manufacturing environment.

• Continuous Improvement, HACCP, Six Sigma, or related certifications.
• Experience in dairy processing or food safety.
