Overview:

Seeking a hands‑on, strategic leader to manage the maintenance of production machinery and equipment at a fast‑paced industrial facility. You’ll lead a team of maintenance technicians, improve reliability and efficiency, and support production goals while upholding safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive & predictive maintenance programs
• Lead, mentor, and train maintenance team
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost forecasts
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering & Facilities teams
• Optimize processes (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
• Maintain EAM systems (Oracle, Qlik, SharePoint)
• Oversee inventory & spare parts management
• Ensure OSHA & regulatory compliance
• Manage external contractors
• Document and report maintenance KPIs & performance

Supervisory Duties:

• Set goals, assign tasks, and evaluate team performance
• Ensure safety, ethical practices, and high morale
• Resolve conflicts, manage resources, and provide feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Production, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering
• 5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance
• Proficient in EAM, Microsoft Office, budgeting & predictive maintenance tools
• Strong understanding of OSHA, industrial safety, and automation systems
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid passport (or ability to obtain within 3 months)

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
