Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for ICF/ in Valdosta, GA. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

A CNA picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/) or group home may be expected to:

• Utilize EMRto record patients' medical information and vital signs
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining independence with daily routines and life skills
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed while promoting safe movement
• Encourage participation in recreational, educational, vocational, and community-based activities
• Monitor individuals' health, behavior, and overall well-being and report changes or concerns to appropriate staff
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment that supports individual choice, dignity, and rights
• Accurately document care provided, observations, and services in accordance with facility requirements
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active CNA Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an ICF/
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Active and unencumbered GA CNA Certification
• Government-Issued Photo  Passport
• CPR/BLS
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test
• DBHDD Prints
• Resume
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
