DVM Travel Operations Partner– South Georgia Region
A multi-location small-animal group in the South Georgia area is seeking a Travel Operations Partner interested in stepping into a hybrid clinical-and-leadership role. This position is ideal for a doctor who enjoys mentorship, collaboration, and guiding other veterinarians while still maintaining a strong clinical presence. The role blends hands-on patient care with opportunities to influence medical standards, team development, and operational flow across several nearby hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care
- Support and mentor veterinarians, including recent graduates
- Assist with workflow optimization and patient-care consistency
- Participate in recruitment interviews and onboarding activities
- Promote a positive, collaborative working environment
- Assist with compliance reviews and record standards
- Coordinate with leadership on scheduling needs and operational goals
- DVM/VMD degree
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in Georgia
- 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Strong communicator with interest in mentorship
- Ability to travel within the region when needed
