• Deliver exceptional veterinary care including diagnostics, treatment, and surgery

• Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff, fostering a collaborative culture

• Oversee daily clinic operations such as scheduling, workflow, and inventory

• Ensure compliance with medical standards, protocols, and legal requirements

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and education

• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to continuously improve operations and service

• Support ongoing staff development through hands-on training and mentorship

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of ECFVG or PAVE)

• Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain) in Georgia

• 5+ years of clinical experience, with a strong foundation in small animal medicine

• Proven leadership and organizational skills

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

• Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
