Sam’s Club is seeking a dedicated associate to join the freezer, cooler, and deli team. The role focuses on stocking, maintaining product quality, and providing customer service.

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

As a stocker, you will keep shelves stocked, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and ensure a clean, sanitized environment. Front‑line deli associates will greet members, provide product information, and help with purchases.

• Stock and organize freezers, coolers, and deli displays.
• Check product quality, expiration dates, and temperature compliance.
• Remove damaged or expired items and properly dispose of them.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell items and maintain clean, sanitized work areas.
• Assist members with locating merchandise, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, including forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and cold‑chain protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and audits as required.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior stocking or customer‑service experience is a plus.

• Experience with forklift operation.
• Prior retail or food‑service background.
