• Monday – Friday every week
• Start at 7 am to 6:30 pm
• No weekends
• Repair / maintenance shop at our Valdosta, GA hauling site

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
• Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles – the safety of every employee and the people in our communities is our number one priority
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times
• Assist senior mechanics in the completion of project work
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing
• Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, and other physical occupational risks often
• Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements often
• Operating in both indoor garage/shop and outdoor conditions with inclement weather, heat, and humidity
