• Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and skillset to plan attainable goals
• Design exercise programs using company systems and tools (True Coach)
• Lead and coach clients through planned exercise programs
• Educate clients on diet, nutrition, and proper/safe use of equipment
• Track clients’ progress and make adjustments as goals are reached
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with clients
• Maintain an accurate schedule within company system (Data Trak)
• Other duties as assigned

• Part‑time or full‑time employee
• Tiered commission

• Crunch discounts on nationally recognized PT certifications/CPR and AED certifications

• Personal training experience – 1 year
• CPR/AED certification
• Professional personal training certification (Required) – NASM, ISSA, ACE, NCCPT, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, CSCS
• Ability to work with clients who may need specialized attention
• Background check
