Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Health and Human Services/Child Welfare programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within SACWIS or similar statewide child welfare information systems, providing technical support, training, and interpreting regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working in a Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environment supporting SACWIS-based systems, local districts, or voluntary agencies.
  • 5 years of IT support experience in a Child Welfare environment (child protective, foster care/permanency, or preventive services).
  • 5 years of experience working directly with users in a Child Welfare setting, providing training or technical assistance in classroom or work environments, including creating reference materials such as documentation and desk aids.
  • 5 years of experience working on a Child Welfare application with 15,000+ users, covering needs assessment, ongoing support, and follow-up activities.
  • 5 years of experience interpreting regulations governing child welfare practice and program outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

Compensation: $52.00 per hour
