Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our busy Service Department! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy talking to people, and can manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound service calls.
Schedule service appointments and confirm customer details accurately.
Greet and assist customers over the phone and in person with professionalism and care.
Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, updates, and satisfaction.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Previous experience in a BDC, customer service, or call center environment preferred (automotive experience a plus!).
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Strong computer and typing skills.
