We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (LPT) to support patients in a behavioral health setting. This role focuses on assisting individuals with mental health needs while maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
Shift Options: Mid Shift / Night Shift
Schedule: 8 or 12-hour shifts available
Monitor patient behavior and provide supportive care
Assist with daily activities and therapeutic programs
Document patient interactions and report changes in condition
Maintain a safe and calm environment for patients
Work closely with nurses and the behavioral health team
RequirementsActive LPT license/certification (if required by facility)
Behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred
Strong communication and observation skills
