Overview

Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Gateway Plaza at Bath & Body Works. The role focuses on delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences and helping customers find the best products for themselves and others.

$17.50/hr - $17.50/hr

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and presentable.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe store environment; perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Maintain values, policies, and procedures consistent with company standards.
