We are currently seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our tenant improvement team. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial new construction or tenant improvement projects.

Full‑time

$28 to $36 per hour (DOE)

• Company‑issued work vehicle for job‑related commutes
• Flexible start location – begin your shift directly from your home
• Stable night shift schedule:
  Sunday through Thursday, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Two‑week training program
• Annual performance reviews for ongoing development and growth
• Overtime available but not guaranteed

• Attach or install plumbing pipes such as PVC, ABS, Cast Iron (no hub) and/or copper
• Mount new fixtures according to manufacturer specifications and municipal codes
• Install service for grease traps, sump pumps, sanitary waste, water systems and utilities within a commercial retail environment
• Perform manual labor to clean and prepare job sites, including digging trenches, setting braces to support excavations sides, erecting scaffolding, and cleaning up rubble, debris and other waste materials
• Properly use equipment such as jack hammers and saw cutters
• Read and layout from blueprints, plans and isometric drawings
• Work according to current OSHA safety guidelines and policies
• Be willing to take on additional duties as needed to support the department

• Minimum of four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
• Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test
• Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
