Provides support to the instructional program by coordinating pre-vocational and vocational training opportunities for special education students aged 18-21; developing work experience opportunities for students by maintaining liaisons with community businesses and organizations; providing information and direction to students; and creating transitions for special needs students from school into a more independent environment within the community. Salary Information
USD 262 has a highly competitive salary schedule that allows all years of experience to be credited. We offer a base salary for teachers that ranges from $50,481 to $81,702 based on experience and/or credentials.

We have a generous tuition reimbursement program for those seeking advanced degrees.
Benefits Information
USD 262 pays $512.00 per month for single and $717.00 for single+ toward the Health Insurance Premiums, if you choose to participate.
