Provides support to the instructional process by facilitating student success in general education academic areas; supervising special education students within the classroom and other assigned areas; developing lesson plans and delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress.

Salary Information USD 262 has a highly competitive salary schedule that allows all years of experience to be credited. We offer a base salary for teachers that ranges from $50,481 to $81,702 based on experience and/or credentials.

Tuition Reimbursement We have a generous tuition reimbursement program for those seeking advanced degrees.

Benefits Information USD 262 pays $512.00 per month for single and $717.00 for single+ toward the Health Insurance Premiums, if you choose to participate.
