This clinic is part of a comprehensive healthcare system serving the community. The facility features on-site services including Physical Therapy, Diabetes Education, Weight Loss programs, Laboratory services, and Radiology/Imaging with ultrasound and mammogram capabilities. The clinic collaborates with a local hospital located within a mile, providing convenient access for inpatient care when needed. Opportunity: PHYSICIAN - Internal Medicine:
This position offers the chance to join a patient-centered care team, collaborating with 1-2 Family Medicine physicians and 2-3 Nurse Practitioners. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys a challenging but rewarding practice caring for diverse patients in a supportive community setting. Job Details:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with 36 patient contact hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm
• Average of 16-20 clinic patients per day
• Limited call coverage (phone calls only for nursing home questions and after-hours critical lab callbacks) on a 1:4 rotation
• Epic Electronic Medical Record system
• Access to outreach services including Mental/Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Orthopedic Medicine, General Surgery, and OB/GYN
• Optional inpatient rounding at local CHI Mercy Hospital
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine required
