Join to apply for the Senior Production Engineer role at Healthy Food Ingredients, LLC
Work with all departments to ensure efficient machine/operator operation of the plant. Ensure equipment/operators operate at optimum efficiency by coordinating all phases of manufacturing operations, including primary processing, maintenance coordination, and professional training of operators. Ensure safety and quality standards are being followed. Conduct production reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in lean manufacturing and review & calculate labor, material, and other production costs.
- Review schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision‑making.
- Supervise Production and Operating Workers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience working in a food processing plant.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
