• Delivering Direct Patient Care:
  Provide hands‑on patient care to patients across various needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and a positive experience.
• Following Treatment Plans:
  Possess and/or actively seek the knowledge required to meticulously follow medical and nursing plans of treatment and care for each patient.
• Performing Assessments & Treatments:
  Conduct patient assessments, perform various procedures, and administer treatments accurately and efficiently under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Accurate Reporting & Documentation:
  Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient observations, care provided, and any changes in patient condition.
• Ensuring Safe & Confidential Care:
  Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and maintain the utmost confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Collaborating with the Team:
  Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, communicating essential patient information and contributing to a cohesive patient care environment.
• Continuous Learning:
  Remain current with best practices in nursing care and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensed Practical Nurse: ND (LPN:
  
  ND).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
