John Soules Foods is seeking a dedicated Packer/Grader in Valley, AL. You will inspect, grade, and remove chicken pieces that do not meet quality standards after cooking, verify packaging is properly sealed, and assist with forming boxes for finished products.
Employees rotate between pack-out line positions. Work on 1st shift 7:00am–4:00pm or 2nd shift 3:30pm–1:30am with a 45-minute lunch; fast-paced environment, PPE required, and opportunities for overtime.
