Valparaiso, Indiana Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Valparaiso, Indiana. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and/or all-age patient populations
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
Coordinate care with specialists, support staff, and other providers
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Strong clinical and communication skills
Passion for delivering accessible, community-based healthcare
