• Join a solo-owned dermatology group with 8 physicians and 8 PAs
• Work alongside 2 other Mohs surgeons and a supportive team
• No call responsibilities, except for your own patients
• Flexibility to focus 100% on Mohs or include some general dermatology

• Flexible scheduling options: 4-day or 3-day work weeks
• Average 8-12 Mohs patients per day
• Collaborative 4 MA model traveling with you
• Work across two locations:
  Crown Point & Valparaiso

• Guaranteed salary of $500k-$600k with 45% collections
