porter hospital, in Travel or cst Start asap Duration: 13 weeks Rto blackout dates or required holidays: yes Maximum amount of rto: 2 days Gh: 72 bi-weekly (96 bi-weekly not an option)

Shift: days (varies) 6:45a - 7:15p;
Call requirements: varies, call during the week and weekend Floating required: no Block scheduling: not an option **$60/hr bill rate Requirements:

** bls required
** 1 year experience required Emr: cerner Preferred skills: preferred general surgery experience, gyne, ortho, neuro, podiatry, davinci robot

Scope of role : perform general or cases Orientation dates: 2 days Number of beds in unit: 12 beds Patient ratio: 1:1 Scrub color: light blue , provided Travelers submitted must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected Must include driver's license /permanent home address on the submission - address must match  must be greater than 50 miles from facility – local candidates not accepted
