A well-established hotel group in Northwest Indiana is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee one of its Valparaiso properties. These premier locations are designed to serve business travelers and groups, offering a range of tailored amenities to meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive housekeeping experience from a branded Hilton property. If you are passionate about hospitality, this is an outstanding opportunity with a growing hotel group.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health, Dental & Vision plans, 401k + match, a great PTO plan and more!

Relocation assistance will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive management of the housekeeping department
• Manage room turnover times, customer service scores, and financial profitability
• Lead a team
• Serve as the key liaison between client property leadership
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct
• Coach underperforming employees to improve performance
• Ensure new hires complete the required training
• Demonstrate friendly, service-oriented demeanor when interacting with co-workers, guests, and property staff
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
