IT Support Technician (Contract)
Location: Onsite – Valparaiso, IN
Duration: 1–3 months
OverviewSeeking an onsite IT Support Technician to assist with a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade and laptop imaging project. This role will focus on hands‑on device deployment and user support during the transition.
Responsibilities- Upgrade existing devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops
- Troubleshoot hardware and OS‑related issues during deployment
- Provide onsite end‑user support as needed
- Experience with Windows OS upgrades and laptop imaging
- Strong hands‑on hardware and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
