IT Support Technician (Contract)

Onsite - Valparaiso, IN

Duration: 1-3 months

Seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to assist with a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade and laptop imaging project. This role will focus on hands‑on device deployment and user support during the transition.

• Upgrade existing devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Image, configure, and deploy laptops
• Troubleshoot hardware and OS‑related issues during deployment
• Provide onsite end‑user support as needed

• Experience with Windows OS upgrades and laptop imaging
• Strong hands‑on hardware and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
