Fulfillment Team Member - Part Time - Valparaiso, Indiana

In the role of Fulfillment Team Member, you will be responsible for prioritizing and running production jobs, product assembly, quality inspections, inventory tracking, shipping activities, and maintaining a clean work environment.

You must be committed to continuous improvement of our operations and of your own skills.

Qualifications

• You must have at least a high school diploma.
• You must possess the ability to prioritize and handle tasks with speed and accuracy and be able to perform basic math calculations.
• You must be analytically minded and a good problem solver.
• You must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• You must be comfortable using computers.
• You must be able to work in a team.
• You must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• You must be able to unload trucks.
• You must be able to use power tools.
• You must have personal integrity.
• You must be dependable.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is helpful, but not necessary.

Position Specifications

Your position will be part time (16-24 hours per week, flexible) in an office / light industrial environment.

Your pay will be commensurate with your ability to do the job, your enthusiasm, your willingness to work, and your willingness to learn new things.

Flexible work schedule / Family friendly hours

This position is not overtime eligible.
