Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring an Electrical Test Operator for our client, in Valparaiso, Indiana. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing experience who are interested in quality testing within a wire and cable production environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Night Shift – 12-hour shifts, 5 days per week

• Perform testing on wire and cable products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate testing equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor test results and identify products that do not meet quality requirements.
• Record test results and complete required production documentation.
• Communicate quality concerns or equipment issues to the appropriate team member.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with production team members to help meet quality and production goals.

• Electrical knowledge, wiring experience, or electrical apprenticeship experience is a plus. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Electrical testing or quality inspection experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to record accurate test results.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, if required for the position.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform production-related tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work the assigned night-shift schedule.
