American Traveler is hiring a CVOR RN Circulator for an Open Heart Surgery position requiring 2 years of open heart experience and IN or compact RN licensure.
Requirements- Active RN license (IN or Compact) required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Open Heart experience required
- Additional experience in Ortho, Neuro, DaVinci Robot, General, Gyn, or Podiatry is a plus
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- Operating Room setting supporting Open Heart Surgery cases
- 12-bed unit with 1:1 patient ratio
- Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
- On-call required for weeknights and weekends
- Must not float
- Uses Cerner EMR
- Serve as Circulator RN supporting Open Heart Surgery procedures
- Surgical blue scrub color required
- Holiday coverage required for the week of Christmas
- Maximum RTO request of 1 week, with requests required to be less than 1 week
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Candidates must not have gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Previous CHS facility staff employed as permanent staff within the last 2 years will not be considered
