Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards as appropriate.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with laws and safety practices.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Handle cash operations as needed; climb ladders when required.
• Scan and move merchandise safely; frequently lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments as part of daily duties.
