Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Trust Tech, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base, introducing our products and services to potential clients, and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find New Opportunities:
    Reach out to potential clients through research, phone calls, and in-person visits.
  • Listen and Suggest:
    Understand the unique needs of each client and suggest the right tech solutions for them.
  • Explain Our Services:
    Make sure clients know how our technology can help their business grow and succeed.
  • Analyze and Recommend:
    Help clients see the bigger picture, using simple data analysis to show them where they can improve and how our solutions fit in.
  • Keep Detailed Records:
    Use our database to keep track of client interactions, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Build Strong Relationships:
    Stay in touch with clients, making sure they're happy and addressing any concerns they might have.
  • Collaborate with the Team:
    Work closely with our internal teams to ensure clients get the products and support they need.
  • Stay Organized:
    Keep track of your tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Impeccable communication skills.
  • A team player attitude.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
