Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Trust Tech, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base, introducing our products and services to potential clients, and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Find New Opportunities:
Reach out to potential clients through research, phone calls, and in-person visits. - Listen and Suggest:
Understand the unique needs of each client and suggest the right tech solutions for them. - Explain Our Services:
Make sure clients know how our technology can help their business grow and succeed. - Analyze and Recommend:
Help clients see the bigger picture, using simple data analysis to show them where they can improve and how our solutions fit in. - Keep Detailed Records:
Use our database to keep track of client interactions, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. - Build Strong Relationships:
Stay in touch with clients, making sure they're happy and addressing any concerns they might have. - Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with our internal teams to ensure clients get the products and support they need. - Stay Organized:
Keep track of your tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- A team player attitude.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
