Empire Today is seeking go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. You will work with pre-qualified leads within a 1-hour radius, leveraging the strength of our well-known brand to generate additional referrals and prospects.

The role offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure, with average earnings of $50k - $70k in the first year and top performers earning over $100k. Requirements include:

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• The ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Attendance at sales meetings and training sessions
• Achievement of monthly self-generated sales
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Customer service skills and proficiency with tablets and laser measuring devices
