• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros)
• Working at the front desk, answering phones, and interacting with members
• Giving studio tours
• Co‑working with trainers to guide introductions through their first Orange theory workout
• Marketing and selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members' concerns professionally and objectively for resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Performing all other duties as assigned
