We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Consulting Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. This exciting role involves engaging with car dealerships, leveraging your professional expertise to provide innovative solutions and drive sales. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting in the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with car dealerships, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with car dealerships.
- Proficiency in English;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office. - Hands‑on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Growing company for the last 7 years. Commission average is anywhere from $500–$1200 a month. Contract to hire position. Remote role. All outgoing calls made are from leads.
