, a well-established company serving Valparaiso, IN and the surrounding areas, is seeking a skilled and dedicated full‑time Siding and Roofing Repair Technician to repair work orders sold by our sales representatives, including all types of roof repairs, siding, soffit or fascia repairs, skylight installation, and more! THE BASICS

We offer competitive pay ranging from $25 to $35 per hour
, along with a 10% commission on additional work sold.

This position also comes with generous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer contribution of 50%), life, AD&D, and short‑term disability insurance, and a 401K (up to 3% employer match).

Our work schedule revolves around regular business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work when necessary. We prioritize work‑life balance and ample personal time.

As a technician, you will execute repairs with precision, ensuring roofs and siding remain in top condition. Your day includes completing repair work orders assigned by our sales representatives, inspecting for potential issues, recommending additional work, documenting processes with photos, and maintaining accurate labor and material records. You will also handle service calls, diagnose problems, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.

• 5+ years of roofing or siding repair experience
• A valid Indiana driver’s license
• Ability to work on roofs at any slope, lift up to 70 lbs, and stand, squat, and bend repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong customer communication skills
• Ability to diagnose roof issues and pass all assessments satisfactorily
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

A Roofing Master Craftsmen certification from Certain Teed would be a plus.
