Warehouse Coordinator (Inbound & Outbound Inventory)
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Lafayette, IN
Onsite position located in a warehouse attached to manufacturing site. This role supports a warehouse that is directly connected to a manufacturing operation. The Warehouse Coordinator helps keep inventory accurate and materials moving in and out of the warehouse so production can stay on schedule.
The work is hands‑on and detail‑oriented, with regular interaction with manufacturing, planning, and logistics teams. It is a high‑technology environment, collaborative workplace focused on teamwork, communication, and solving real problems.

Key Responsibilities- Track and maintain accurate inventory records for inbound materials
- Monitor and analyze inbound and outbound shipment performance (timeliness, accuracy, trends)
- Stay aware of outbound build schedules, including forecasts and changes
- Identify gaps or risks related to inventory shortages
- Create basic charts and reports in Microsoft Excel to share inventory and shipment data with the team
- Support logistics activities when inbound shipments arrive
- Inspect inbound materials and track any damage or discrepancies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred; entry‑level candidates with applicable internship experience may apply
- Experience with inbound or outbound operations in a warehouse or distribution center or in supply chain or inventory management or production control
- Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and charting
- Looking for candidates able to commute to the Lafayette area or willing to relocate at their expense
