The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and guiding customers through their beauty journey, supporting hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Sally Beauty provides training to develop knowledge and skills.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Sally Beauty Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values.
• Support a range of working schedules to suit team needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

• Stand for long periods; walk; bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items (e.g., shipments).
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines; possible exposure to irritant chemicals.
