• Lead one or more project work streams to implement innovative solutions addressing client business challenges

• Present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership effectively

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
• Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and performance management

• Relevant hospital operations experience supervising a department or team-based projects focused on process re-engineering initiatives and change management
• Project leadership and work plan management experience within a consulting firm, particularly in supply chain services
