• Conduct inpatient auditing of coders to ensure a minimum coding accuracy of 95%
• Perform quality checks and audits on medical records coded according to client SOPs
• Execute calibration audits and suggest improvements for coding processes
• Prepare audit reports and provide feedback to coders and auditors on areas for improvement
• Participate in client interactions and internal stakeholder meetings to discuss coding accuracy and compliance

• Current permanent United States work authorization and ability to work U.S. day shift schedule
• Minimum of 2 years of coding experience across multiple specialties, including denial review and appeals
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a coding auditor with proven accuracy and compliance
• Required certification: CPC
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with encoder tools and EMR systems

• AHIMA microcredentials:
  Auditing:
  Inpatient Coding (AIC) and/or Auditing:
  Outpatient Coding (AOC); AAPC CPMA certification
• RHIA credential preferred
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, and Meditech systems
• Familiarity with revenue cycle systems and financial analysis
• Encoder experience with 3M/Solventum, Encoder Pro, Codify
