• Deliver project work streams and manage work plans effectively
• Utilize Huron tools and methodologies for software and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership on project delivery
• Mentor and manage junior staff members
• Conduct analytics, reporting, and client presentations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing specifications, and troubleshooting
• At least 2 years of experience with Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Service (ePCM)
• Strong analytical skills with effective communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements

• Experience with project workstream management
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Aptitude for learning new tools and methodologies
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration
