$17.00/hour
GUARANTEED $0.50 RAISE AFTER 90 DAYS.
SummaryOperates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties:
Other duties may be assigned.
- Verifies ingredients prior to mixing batches.
- Loads ingredients into mixing tank and/or blender.
- Starts machine and adjusts valves and devices in mixing chamber to aid in blending and densifying mixture.
- Verifies the In-Process Spec sheet and production paperwork is being followed.
- Uses tablet to ensure production goals are successfully being met.
- Operates machine until mixture reaches desired consistency, and turns lever or pushes button to unload mixture into kettles, pick system, totes, drums, and/or hoppers.
- Cleans and sanitizes mixing tanks, kettles, pick system, pumps, pipes, blender, and/or hopper.
- Performs job duties of the Total Quality Lead and other Process Techs in their absence.

Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).
