Hours: Sunday 8:00pm-6:30am, Monday-Friday 10:30pm-7:00am
Overtime required based on production need.
$23.00/hour
SummaryCoordinates the accumulation of technical and production information by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area.
- Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards.
- Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Close out Y/W and cook chart reviews and conduct any necessary investigations and corrective action follow-up.
- Facilitate all incomplete reweighs with appropriate department FL drivers and corrective action follow-up.
- Investigate all RG variances and corrective action follow-up.
- Assist with FG and RG production contamination events.
- Organize extra labor events such as drum trucks, restacks, air crate removal, re-work events.
- Follow up on RG delivery dates.

Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers;
Knowledge of Database, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software.
