Simmons Foods is seeking a reliable Grinders team member at our Fort Smith, AR facility. This full-time on-site role rotates through packer, scaler, styler and grader tasks to maintain line speeds and product quality.
You will operate on a moving conveyor, perform packing/weighing, inspect for quality, and collaborate with the team to follow LEAN and plant policies while ensuring safety and efficiency on the line.
