Position: Charge RN - Observation (4200) FT Days

Charge Registered Nurse - Observation (4200) Full‑Time Days

Overview

The Charge Registered Nurse utilizes theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards.

Position resides within Mercy Fort Smith’s Med Surg Service Line, comprising 8 specialty units that cover a wide range of patient populations and care needs. Nurses cross‑train across specialties to gain comprehensive knowledge of diverse patient conditions.

Position Details

Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 for full‑time RNs with at least 1 year of experience (no contract required).

Responsibilities
