Mechanical Engineering Manager

The Mechanical Engineering Manager holds a pivotal role at Alliance Automation, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the mechanical engineering department. This multifaceted position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to drive the department towards operational excellence and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet project requirements.

Implement strategies to improve labor efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize productivity within the mechanical engineering department. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical engineering department to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a mechanical engineering department. Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in automation systems preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
