**** POSITION OVERVIEW
** Alliance Automation has an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer turns projects into realities using experience in electrical power systems, pneumatic power systems, hydraulic power systems, and industrial controls design.

** ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
*** Design electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic controls systems for industrial automation
* Responsible for selecting hardware, producing BOM and oversight of panel fabrication
* Network and Fieldbus design
* Responsible for the overall quality-of-design and design documentation as it relates to automation controls
* Apply industry-accepted engineering practices and methodology toward the successful completion of design deliverables
* Experience with any of the following would be a plus:
Rockwell, Omron, Mitsubishi, and Siemens
* Must have the ability to meet deadlines and take a project from start to finish
* Develop project-specific scope-of-design and design deliverables in alignment with the Project Scope and the needs of the customer
* Capable of designing system architecture for machine control systems, including electrical schematics and network diagrams
* Work within an engineering team to design custom automated equipment
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
*** Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or electrical engineering preferred
* 8 to 10 years of practical, applied engineering design experience relating to industrial equipment
* Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Solid understanding of industrial automation with knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
* Experience using design software (Autodesk products or equivalent)
* Proficient with MS Office Products
