• Perform personal care activities assisting with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Assist with patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and blood glucose monitoring.
