Packaging & Grinder Operator

Guarantee proper packaging and effective grinding of products to meet quality and safety standards, ensuring seamless production and efficient recycling of materials. Support machine operators in any necessary tasks and substitute in simples tasks when needed to maintain production flow.

• Create various types of packaging and internal packaging components as required.
• Place products inside the packaging, ensuring proper alignment and presentation.
• Seal and close packaging securely to meet quality standards.
• Monitor the packaging process to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products, verifying compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with packaging equipment to minimize downtime.

• Operate grinding machines to process scrap plastic materials into reusable granules.
• Monitor grinding equipment to ensure smooth operation and proper output.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinders to maintain efficiency.
• Accurately label and store recycled materials for reintroduction into the production process.

• Assist machine operators in tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Substitute operators in performing simple tasks during breaks or peak workload.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
