What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 5+ employees in a fast‑paced mill environment.
• Oversee daily feed production and ensure efficiency, safety, and top‑quality output.
• Develop and drive Preventative Maintenance and Production goals that keep things running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems – your hands‑on expertise will shine here.
• Work closely with leadership to optimize performance and resource use.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a feed mill, grain elevator, or related ag manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical or maintenance background – you know how to keep equipment running at its best.
• Leadership ability – capable of managing, training, and motivating a team.
• A safety‑minded, organized, and proactive leader ready to take ownership of results.
