Job Duties Operate and monitor multiple production machines Manufacture parts according to quality and production specifications Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring equipment Follow work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures Ensure products meet accuracy and consistency standards Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions. Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations. Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards. Proficient in both spoken and written English. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment. Standing for 8-12 hours depending on shift. What You Will Do As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures.
